Admission is based upon all required documents and fees to be completed. Documents include: Registration form, current physical & immunization records, & authorization for medication release form. Other forms may be included.     

Children should arrive by 9:00am, unless they have an appointment and have notified the office. 

 Please note: Curriculum begins at 9:00am.

Elemenope is open 7:00am to 5:15pm. Monday - Friday

All immunizations should be up to date and are required on the "FIRST DAY OF ENROLLMENT". Annual medical exams are required for children ages 4-6, for infants the schedule is more frequent. NO immunization record, NO admission! Please bring your child's latest records from their physician.

The registration fee is due at the time of admission and annually August 15th. A completed registration form is also required. Registration forms can be printed at:
